Refund Policy

What?! You don't like your JSquared? Aside from being heartbroken, we want to make sure you are a happy camper. We make it simple - just return your item within 30 days of purchase and as long as it is still in salable condition (original packaging too, and a receipt please), we'll issue you a refund or exchange pronto. Bam! Simple as that.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
